It is a London blue topaz ring. The main stone is 7mm*9mm oval cut, weight about 2.18 carats.
The basic metal is sterling silver and plated with rhodium.

To change the metal to a solid gold (white/rose) or platinum is also available, please ask for a quotation if you want.
