Vintage 1990’s Silk hot and Velvet Bodice

1990's Victorian style blouse. Those sleeves are fantastic!! It has leg of mutton sleeve, black quilted, padded shoulders, front opening with buttons closures, bow tie. Made in France. There are no flaws to note. See additional photos in comments. Cross listed.
