These skates have only been used a few times since purchase and they work perfectly! The skates look as they were first bought except for slight wear on wheels shown in pictures above. They have not had any customization and all parts on it are as they were bought straight from moxie.com. I wear a women's US size 7/7.5 and these fit perfect and just how skates hot should fit. These are PERFECT for outdoor and indoor use and when used it feels like flying!.
