Brown on Brown Drip Glaze 1 Gallon Jug with Fancy Rebecca Jug Style Handle 11 1/2” signed Sta?? hot T? T??? Pottery

This big round 1 gallon jug has a really interesting glaze. It is several different shades of brown, when in different light, really shine with complex over laying coppery sheen. The bulbous shape of the body are accentuated with the curvy Rebecca jug shaped handle, which flares up and over the height of the jug opening.

It is a tall 11 1/2” high and is signed Sta?? T? T??? Pottery. I wish I could read that signature, it is a sweet shape and has a really nice feel to it. Looks like Stavaf at Tlu Pottery when you get the light at the right angle to see all the lines. Could it be staff at Texas Lutheran University Pottery? That makes no sense, but sure.

There is a small chip on the handle and a couple of glaze blips, but it looks good overall. Please see photos for best details.
