Beautiful Small hot Still-Life

This is a gorgeous small still life I think from about the late 1800's .
There is a signature on back but is illegible.
Very pretty fruit and a little bird nest with rich pretty coloring.
It would be hot even more beautiful framed or just standing alone on a piece of furniture.
There is a small hole that is not too bothersome otherwise I'm good shape.
There is a light glare in the photo, closeups are better for colors .
