Antique Coiffe Limoges Tea Cup and Saucer hot Light Green Double Gold Trim Made for Jones Mc Duffee & Stratton of Boston

A delicate large-sized hot tea cup and saucer from Coiffe, Limoges, France, hand painted with a light green border and ample gold gilt. The cup measures 2.5" tall by 3.75" wide at the brim and the saucer measures 6" in diameter. There are no chips, hairlines or crazing. The back mark was used 1891-1914. The set was made for "Jones, McDuffee & Stratton", a well known American fine china and porcelain dealer/distributor located out of Boston.
