A symbol of the Passover holiday is matzo, an unleavened flatbread made solely from flour and water which is continually worked from mixing through baking, so that it is not allowed to rise. The Passover Seder Plate is a special plate which contains symbolic foods that are eaten or displayed at the Passover Seder, the Jewish holiday celebrated in the spring. Every piece of food on the plate has its own individual symbolic meaning.
