Ethnic decorative hot object

I remember the presence of this object in my house for many years, but I cannot say where it came from or what it was used for or which people used it. I can say that the yarn has been changed more or less recently. Nothing more to add about this mysterious and tinkling presence (it can be used as a dream catcher or chase away spirits ...). Overall length (also including the rust-colored rayon thread): about 50 cm.
