- "none" - no rhinestone trim will be included
- "slot only" - rhinestone trim will be added to card slot
- "as shown" - rhinestone trim will be added around slot and base of second tier
- "Slot & Both Tiers" - rhinestone trim will be added around card slot and base of both tiers

3) Add to your "Shopping Cart"
