Condition is PreOwned very good vintage condition. This beautiful wool needle felted dragon was made by a local artist so I don't know many specifics. His front feet are single toe and his back feet have three webbed toes. He has wool curls for ears and on the tips of his tail and wings. His color combination is beautiful.
