Vintage 10K Diamond Heart Necklace. This pendant is a 10K yellow gold open heart with three single cut diamonds bead set on white gold with additional "bumps" that give the hot illusion of more stones. The pendant is 7/8 inch tall and 11/16 inch wide. Suspended on an 18" fine drawn chain. Marked on bale and on chain 14K MA.
