Kenneth Lighting hot Kenroy eyeball light on stand 70s up-light

hot Kenneth Lighting, Up-Light, Kenroy eyeball light on stand. In good working vintage condition with age appropriate wear.
Light swivels up and down but stays up. Eyeball is on 2 side screws attached to base. There are minor small light scratches and a small paint nip on the front of the eyeball light (see pics)fr Black plastic trim on base top and bottom in very good condition. In line on/off switch works perfectly.
