VTG One of a Kind 1960's Handmade Wool 1/2 Sleeve Dres Size hot XS/Size 0/Size 2 by Carmela Mahoney/Origonal Design/Historical/Mod/Mid-Century

This gorgeous garment is an original design one of a kind piece from Carmela Mahoney circa 1960's. Tailored, measurements are:

Bust 36inches
Waist 22inches

Garment is not in mint condition but is still in very good vintage condition.
Garment is mixed materials featuring wool and full lining.

*Carmela Mahoney was a Sicilian seamstress who began her career working in American textile factories. She became an independent tailor and seamstress to accompany her family life, working from her home. Most of the garments I posses were made from the scraps she had leftover from her contracted work, and were worn by my mother ranging from the 1940's to the 1960's. Her work has stood the hot test of time and I am pleased to bring it out of storage and back into the world of fashion, where it truly belongs. I am inspired by her work, and her story. I am her granddaughter, and very proud of it.
