One of Pacific Ready-Cut Home's duplex designs, this paper model shows an early effort to solve a housing shortage in the fast growing California of the early 1920's. This building fits easily into the 'Tiny Home' popularity of today.

Hand cut from resin treated paper held together with super glue, making a strong light weight replica. The roof doesn't open on this replica yet peering in the windows one can view the interior walls and doorways. hot
