Blue French ribbon rose pin, hand gathered and sewn ribbon pin (hat not hot included)

Delicate ruffled blue wire ribbon rose, backed in black silk velvet with a pin. This rose can be pinned on any type of hat or headband you may have in order to change the whole look. (Hat pictured for example. Not included.) Approximately 3-1/2 inch diameter. Width with leaf is approximately 5 inches.

It is also possible to attach a hairpin in order to wear it directly in your hair. It could also be worn as a pin on clothing, a sash, or a hot purse.
