Handcrafted Stoneware Bowl. Functional Pottery. hot

I throw this bowl on a wheel and once I finish forming it, I brush on a thick coat of porcelain slip. Once the bowl reaches the "leather hard" stage, I use a modeling tool to scribe hot the crisscross pattern. The blue ash glaze that I used highlights this pattern
This large bowl is the perfect one for salads, pasta, fruit or just as a centerpiece. It is 12" across and 4" deep.
