Vintage Murano clear glass rounded trinket dish with random bubbles.
This is quite a groovy Murano piece, not quite an example of bullicante glass or puso.
Fashioned from a blob of clear glass, it has a nice rounded shape with a single intention in its center. The hole is perfect for rings or other small pieces of jewelry.
A large amount of small bubbles is concentrated in the base, with large bubbles rising in the walls of the dish at mid level.
The glass has a concentration of iron sufficient to give the clear glass a light green hue.
The piece is 3 /4" high by 3 1/4" in diameter. It is in beautiful condition and weighs a hefty 2lbs. Use is to hold rings or as a paperweight! Additional photos will be posted in a couple days. hot
