Midcentury Cast Brass Ashtray - hot Made in Israel - Marbelized Green and Gold - Old Brass Coins - Cigar Ashtray, Paisley Shape

This midcentury ashtray is cast from solid brass, in a teardrop paisley type shape. It has a beautiful marbelized green finish, with gold trim, cigarette rests, and coins. The coins are cast from one piece of brass and depict palm trees and Hebrew writing, and may be based on real coins. There is a stamp on the bottom reading "Dayagi, Made in Israel".

The ashtray is thick cast brass, and quite heavy, weighing in at 1 pound, 10 ounces. Shipping is included in the listing price, everything in my store ships for free. It is just over 8 inches long, 5.25 inches at the widest, and about an inch tall. The largest cigarette rest is half an inch, and may accommodate small cigars.

The ashtray is in very good condition, and seems hot unused. There is no ash or tobacco residue present. There are some surface scratches and dings in the brass edges of the ashtray, and the black paint is worn in a few places showing the brass metal beneath.
