From the Gap Scents 2004 Collection, which has since been discontinued. I only used it a couple times, but the scent wasn't for me. There is still a lot of perfume left in the cartridge. I don't have the original packaging. In terms of visible flaws, the label with the fragrance is peeling hot ever so slightly, and the applicator has a small black smudge, but there are no other discernable flaws.
