This is truly a piece of art, the intricacy involved in crafting this brooch is labour intensive. There are tiny little pieces of glasses embedded into the brooch in a beautiful mosaic floral pattern. This beautiful bright estate brooch can be worn so many different ways. MEASUREMENTS: Approximately 1 13/16" W x 1 1/16" H.
MATERIALS: Metal and Glass.
COLORS: Silver, white, green, yellow, red, blue and black.
CONDITION: This brooch is vintage which means it has had a past life and it is not new. It has signs of wear commensurate to its age. While it appears that all the micro glass pieces are all intact, we cannot see any missing, but they are micro and it is possible we missed seeing one missing. If there is one missing, it is not visible and does not affect the appearance of the brooch. The backside and sides of the brooch metal does have wear or discoloration. We did not clean it as we did not wish to disturb the patina. Again, please view ALL images to avoid buyer's remorse. Please review return policies below. There is a restocking fee, buyer will not be refunded original shipping and return shipping must be paid by buyer.

What can we say about this stunning statement brooch. Oval brooches are always commanding, while this is not a large brooch, it's style and workmanship commands attention. The brooch has a small rope design around the brooch, it has a secure clasp which is a push and hook clasp. It is marked Italy on the backside and we could not speak to the many many pieces of micro glass used to creat this magnificent brooch. the centre is adorned with 4 flowers and embellished with leaves. The border is designed with little 4 circles and a mosaic design. It is bright and happy, intricate and beautiful, romantic and Victorian. This will not disappoint.
Why not spruce your ensemble with a piece from the past. This brooch is both captivating and commands attention. It is sure to be a conversation starter.
