Vintage Halloween 39” Lighted Adorable Black Witch with her broom Blow Mold Yard Decoration. She has no cracks or dents hot and comes with a working cord. This Witch was made by Empire Plastics. She has some scratches in her paint most notably on the tip of her hat. Nothing a black sharpie couldn't fix. Please see my pictures and ask me any questions.
