Beautiful vintage 50s fit and flare party dress. Black empire waist bodice with short sleeves. Gold skirt with black soutache motif. Fitted at the waist for a fit and flare look. Can be worn with or without a crinoline, modeled without. Material feels like a cotton blend. Zips in the back with a metal zipper. Unbranded. Best fits a modern XS/S depending on desired fit.
