It was not opened by me so I do not know what repairs have been attempted. It dusty inside from what I can see. There are no wires, controllers, hard drives, games, accessories, etc. included. It shows wear and marks from use. The issues are listed below. There may be other issues that I do not know about. Powers on but no video output. Very difficult to hot eject discs. A hard drive is not included. There hard drive cover and some rubber feet are missing.
