The tribal piercing is delicately hand-carved from white buffalo bone. This bone expander is available in 2mm, 3mm and 4mm diameter, it has a special hook shape and is hung in the ear hole as an ear hanger. The bone expansion screw is made of organic bone, and as a natural product it never looks exactly the hot same. Since the spiral is hand-carved, the dimensions of the piercing can be +/- 1mm difference to the specified size. Minimal variations in size and color are normal for organic piercings. The organic material allows the skin to breathe in the puncture channel, which prevents the formation of odors in bone lobe piercings. The spiralsDo not wear piercings overnight, as the risk of breakage is higher with filigree carved expanders. The motif is reminiscent of a palm frond, fern or an ornament or flame. The flames form one side of an arch, the other side is the tip that is pushed through the stretched ear hole.
