Very good condition overall and in working condition! There is some wear from play like where the track pieces connect to each other. Includes: •Instructions on how to assemble different layouts, plus a parts list. •2 complete working electronic train engines (they require 1 “C” battery each; both were tested and worked properly) •Every track, tunnel and bridge hot part is accounted for. -A gray tunnel has a piece broken off that attaches it to other pieces. It broke off and stuck in the other gray tunnel. - please see the photos •Only missing 1 tree part (white stick to assemble top to the base). That's it! Yay.
