This is a true vintage original. Used dress. According to my research it is from saks fifth avenue in the 60s. Velvet sleeveless maxi dress with a quilted black and white quilted skirt, and pink velvet ribbon and crochet trim around waist. ILGWU union made in USA. The dress is not lined as you can see in the last picture and the bottom has hot some strings where stitching is coming undone. This is only present on the inside of the dress and is not noticeable at all from the outside. The two first pictures are not mine but pictures I found online of what the dress would look like on.
