Antique Tin hot Candle Snuffer Cone, Witches' Hat

hot This is a tin candle snuffer in the shape called a dunce cap or witches' hat. It is rolled tin with an applied handle. The top is closed. The solder is a little loose along the seam and the handle show some bending. I think the handle was always just curled with no solder except where it is attached to the cone. The tin has an aged surface. It measures 3" by 1 1/2" wide.
