This crystal grid was designed by my 12 year old daughter Emma. Emma has suffered tremendously with mental illness for 7 years. We have found that crystals that support mental health and ease anxiety and depression work wonders in conjunction with her medications and therapy. Emma loves to keep her crystals near her and finds that they soothe and calm her emotions when she is having a particularly hard day. This grid is Emma's way of trying to help others who suffer from the same conditions that she does.

This amazing grid layout includes 25 crystals and 1/4 ounce of Amethyst crystal chips and will help to ease your depression and anxiety and keep you uplifted throughout the day. At night, place the grid on your nightstand, or place a few of the crystals under your pillow to benefit from their soothing energy while you sleep. During the day, carry of few of the crystals with you in your pocket or medicine pouch as you go about your errands to keep your mood positive and uplifted.

As with all of our crystals, this one will be infused with Reiki energy by Jessica, our in-house Reiki Master and Crystal Healer as a free service for powerful energy that can be felt as soon as your crystal arrives.
We do realize some people like to charge their own crystals, and if you would rather not have your crystal charged with Reiki, please leave me a little message and I will send it without Reiki energy.
