Ming Dynasty Candlestick Unique Gift hot

This was purchased at the Chaitt Gallery in 1992 at an auction in a box containing various very old pottery items. I spoke with Izzy Chaitt after the auction and he advised that this was a candlestick from the Ming Dynasty.

A nice pottery candle-stick dating to the Ming Dynasty of ancient China. Constructed of orange-tan hot terracotta as is common. The exterior glaze in typical blue gray glaze with a blue design. Condition is very good. The top of the candlestick is slightly crooked.

Intact and original.
