Comes with everything shown. Including hot wig. Only worn once Size small ( would fit an extra small better) I'm a size 3 in bottoms , 26in and the shorts were too small for me. The top has very flimsy padding, I would recommend buying pasties or something. I have a small chest so that's why it worked for me. The wig is great and the quality of everything else.
