These come simple customer assemble where you fold the tags over and insert in pouch, attach the loop strap to the pouches, and feed the jute thru the pre-punched holes in the thank you tags. You can email us if you 1) want a different quantity of tags, 2) hot if you want the thank you tags customized for $.50 ea. more, 3)if you want these to be fully assembled for $.50 ea. more, or 4) if you want a new design or for anything else.
