About the Artist: Carol Theroux (1930-2021) was an internationally recognized artist working in traditional soft pastel, acrylics, oils, watercolor, and charcoal figurative painting. Her colors are bright and alive in her finished pastels, and are so seamless and smooth that it is hard to hot realize that it is done in the pastel medium.
