Been working on this and have lost interest so passing along.. No serious dings dents no rewelds SOLID condition has some surface rust and patina through out the whole bike. Paint scratches with paint Bike needs full repacking. Everything spins good and free. Nothing is in seized condition. I worked the hot outer part of the bike.
