15-Piece Luncheon Set hot Royal Doulton Vintage & Retired Mandalay Fine China Made in England 1970s TC1079

This vintage 15-piece set of English Royal Doulton fine china is the retired Mandalay pattern. It features delicate blue, white and tan flowers (I think they hot look like dogwood). The pattern number is TC1079 and it was retired in 1986. The set looks as if it has never been used--there are no chips, cracks or utensil marks. It consists of:

(6) 8 inch lunch / salad plates
(1) 5 3/8 inch fruit bowl
(4) saucers
(4) footed cups

The set would be lovely mixed with white dishes to add just a bit of subtle color--and expand the set. It doesn't say on the backstamp, but I would not put it in the dishwasher or microwave--it is simply too beautiful to damage the finish or patina.
