Almost all the collars I list are antique and vintage, not new and not reproductions, and have been produced either by hand or machine in the 19th and 20th century. But some which are from the 1940's I make mention of that and do my best to accurately describe these collars with the type of lace and fabric.
Most of the collars are not laundered or dry-cleaned unless I mention that in the listing. Many have been acquired at auctions and often been in box of linens or trunks for many years; therefore there could be handling stains or flaws.

ANTIQUE NECK COLLAR hand-done Irish Crochet Lace Cream Raised Rosettes
This collar could be the 19th Century era and it hot does look hand-done crochet lace!
FABRIC: Cotton
COLOUR & PATTERN: A rich cream shade, leaning towards beige more than ecru, with a terrific pattern of Irish crochet lace with triple layers of rosettes with raised petals surrounded by diamond shapes formed of little triangles! It's a choker type of collar and just beautifully done!
A great collector's collar!
APPROXIMATE SIZE: Collar opening is 14 inches across lying flat! It's 2-3/4 inches wide.
The part in the front like the bib measured from bottom of the neck part to tip is six inches!
CONDITION: Very good to excellent condition with a few tiny breaks in the lace.
