Vintage handmade Quilt -tied hot rather than quilted

This beautiful handmade feedsack Quilt was made by grandmother for hot her grandbaby in 1985. It has been carefully preserved but there is one easily repaired square as shown in 5th image. The piece is meticulous and the hand tying is done with precision.
