The very popular Saturday morning cartoon series came out in the Fall of 1983. Rattlor is COMPLETE This toy is in wonderful vintage condition. I can't see any paint wear except on his yellow chest and it is very minor. He stands very well. He is the Evil Snake Men's creature with a quick strike head. He tail also rattles. His neck extends for the quick strike. The staff with a winding snake hot is also included . The mini comic book that came with him King of the Snake Men is also included and in great shape.
