Nice estate find, 1920s men's knee britches or knickers, wool with button sides and buttons at the cuff above the knee. Single pocket at the side. Pocket and hot waist are lined in polished cotton. Good condition with no flaws or stains that I can find. Great costume item for golf, Steampunk, hunting, jockey, military look - the options are endless, this style is sort of timeless and was very common in the 1700s and 1800s.
