Solid 14k gold Hilton lapel pin with red stone. 1.55 grams; .5 inches by .5 inches. This appears to be some kind hot of honor pin for the Hilton corporation. The surface is scratched, but could be buffed to a shine. There are no dents. I have not had the stone tested so assume it is a synthetic ruby.
