What makes an AUMBRA Kuripe and Tepi so very special?

Here at Aumbra, every creation is treated and made in a sacred way. Filled with the highest intentions and blessed in a smudging ceremony, each piece is cared for and charged on a sacred geometry crystal grid until they are selected for their medicine work. The tips of the pipes at AUMBRA are a smudged burned black. This is the sign they have received a cleanse over fire. Fire has always been regarded as the great purifier. An unparalleled force of protection, transformation and a powerful cleanser..



Every feather has been hand collected from animals in their natural environment, which I have personally washed and gently sterilised. AUMBRA is 100% against purchasing any feathers from caged animals that are kept way out of line with our ethics. The spirit of the animal will be interlocked also with the applicators.. This is very important for me. So far, feathers are collected from swans, ducks and roosters who are living in their natural habitat and have shed their feathers naturally.

The Tepis and Kuripes take a long and loving time from start to finish. The outsides of this applicator has been carved down by hand, and then lavishly coated in Sangre de Grado (a magical medicinal sap from a tree of the Amazon) to give that extra enchanting jungle vibe to your medicine work..

AUMBRA chooses eco-friendly threads and uses non toxic glue.

Each pipe is carved and sanded at the tips to ensure comfort for your face and nostrils.
