Vintage 60s 70s ruffled tux shirt are from different companies After Six, Lion of Troy ,Delton etc. There're rare shirt in sizes to XXXL and rare in color lavender purple yellow and green . In reproduction shirt they made them in white blue orange pink black red not so much in pastel colors yellow pale green lavender. The size are either letters S, M. L or numbers 15 15 1/2 16 16 1/2
We have try to put the Shirts together by type of ruffles 4 groups 1)-Large ruffles that are plain 2)- smaller ruffles that have zigzag black trim on edges 3)- medium size ruffles with solid black trim on edges 4) ruffles that are different. The Cuffs they either have button or they need cuff links
The sleeve length 40 50 years ago are much the same as todays sleeve length.
But the neck size are not the same whether It is in letters or numbers. They are smaller by 1/2 size to a whole size.
The sizes I give are the one that was print on the shirt at the time it was made.
This is not the size you would wear to fit the shirt today you need to get a shirt a 1/2 size to a size larger. If you need to know the chest size on some shirt I can measure it. As a rule if you wear medium to medium large go to a large. if you wear a medium 15 on the smaller side you could wear a medium 15 1/2

These shirts are from the later 60s into the early 80s they are good to very good to excellent vintage condition
