Product code: ABCG American Brilliant Cut Glass Butter Dome Hobstars, hot Canes, Vesicas c.1910
Up for sale here is an American Brilliant Cut Glass Butter Dome or Top. There is no underplate. It was found being used with a Libbey Corinthian plate underneath, no reason you can't do the same by using on top of another plate. The motifs include vesicas, hobstars, and canes. It measures 5 1/2" tall x just over 5" diameter. The vesicas look like butterfly wings.
I did not find a signature and do not know the pattern. If you happen to know the pattern or have the matching underplate, please let me know.
Excellent hot condition, no damage detected. Weighs 1lb 10oz.

The American Brilliant Cut Glass period ran from approx. 1875 to 1917.
