Hot Steve Palmer Art Vase, Watercolor Series from Star Glass Works

Steve Palmer signed Art Vessel by Star Glass Works Studio, Watercolor Series c. 1980's. This hand blown vessel was cased red-orange ground and polychrome interior. Polychrome interior features splashes of green, yellow, blue and white. In excellent condition with no visible scratches, chips or cracks.
