RARE HTF My Little Pony G3 Beach Belle! She comes with her hat, but the elastic in the hat has snapped due to age. This girl is in GREAT condition, and has gorgeous hair that is still holding onto her factory curls! Only flaw I could find is a tiny yellow spot on her back leg in the last picture that could probably be removed with some acetone.
