Vintage Wood Advertising Crate, 1910s Crescent Macaroni and Cracker Co. Fig Bar Wooden Crate Box, Antique hot Rustic Farmhouse Primitive Decor
Wonderful vintage wood Crescent Macaroni and Cracker Company advertising crate box. This lovely wooden crate was made for fig bars by Crescent Macaroni and Cracker Company of Davenport, Iowa. Dates to around the early 1900s to 1910s. It has a nice paper advertising label on one end in gorgeous turn of the century style graphics! Label is done with a deep blue background with white and red graphics that really pop. Opposite end has a shipping stamp in black that reads "H. Tranes, Evart, Mich.". Sides are blank. Has a nice aged patina to the hot wood with some stains and wear giving it a great look for decor! Overall it's in good solid condition, just normal wear and aging, paper label has some wear but is mainly intact. Such a great piece for a collection and/or decor! Perfect look for rustic, farmhouse, primitive, and so many other decor themes! It's size and shallow depth is perfect to also use as storage and organization to display any number of items from books, towels, kitchen items, throw blankets, pillows, and so much more! A beautiful antique box!
