- Patent date on top February 19, 1889
- Inside lined with purple velvet
- 2 metal sewing machine tool holder pieces still attached
- Velvet is not perfect it has fading, holes where other ?metal pieces were once screwed in and some light discoloring
- Outside wood box in good condition with a vintage patina
