Antique Gold/Brown Horse Hair Horsehair hot Buggy/Sleigh/Carriage Blanket Lap Robe--60x46

This is an old, antique horse hair blanket. These lap blankets were used in the olden days while riding in a buggy, sleigh, or horse drawn carriage to keep the cold wind out.
Very pretty design with bright gold and brown. Brown and beige border. Brown backing.

This lap robe measures approximately 60" x 46".

For its age, this horse hair blanket is hot in pretty good condition. No holes or worn places. Has a few repairs along the edge.
Great display piece. Would make a good lodge, cabin, hunting blanket. Will be a heavy, warm blanket.
