All the jade bangles are natural jade and they come with Grade A Authentication Certification.

Authentic natural jade will have minor imperfections. Please look at the photos carefully and make sure you are comfortable with them before purchasing.

All the bangle are measured by an electronic digital caliper. Please make sure you know your bangle size before purchasing. Please search the internet for bangle size information if it is your first bangle.

If you are truly not sure about your bangle size, I would suggest getting a bigger size than a smaller size. I believed that a bigger size is always better than getting it and realized it is too small.

If you like what you see, I strongly recommended that you take it home and try it on. If you do not like it, I always accepted returns within 3 days with any undamaged products. The buyer would need to be responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or it's the wrong item.

After receiving the bangle, I would strongly suggest putting hot them on with some sort of lubricant such as coconut oil, lotion, or soap water. I always put my bangle on and off with lubricant. Please search the internet for instructions if it is your first bangle.
