14x20 Frame (Approximate Size) Vintage Antique Gold Ornate with Optional Glass and Custom hot Cut Matting

Very unusual size frame for this type of design, this frame is wood, has a black velvet liner with slight wear to the inner edge and a few other places. Otherwise in very good to excellent condition. The color is rich antique gold, an absolutely beautiful frame. Please see measurements below, this frame is NOT exactly 14x18.

The frame is glass size 14 1/4" x 20 3/8". Moulding width including liner is 3 1/2". Inside depth is 1/4".

THIS FRAME can be shipped frame only with hanging hardware. An optional add-on is foam core backing (not cardboard as it is full of acid and will yellow your artwork), hanging hardware, installed turn buttons OR flexibrads for easy assembly, and framing tips.

GLASS:

THIS IS a large piece of glass, difficult to ship without risking breakage. You can get inexpensive regular glass at a local glass shop, or the awesome invisible glass described below at a frame shop near you.

UltraVue® UV70 Glass. This is an amazing picture glass available only at frame shops. This glass is invisible on your picture and will enhance color and detail. Does not glare like regular glass and is not fuzzy like traditional non-glare. You will swear there is no glass on your art while it is protected from UV light at 70%. Museum Glass® is a third option. This glass looks exactly like UltraVue® UV70 Glass except it will fully protect your art from fading (99%). This is the highest quality glass you can get for picture framing. Both these types of special glass come with cleaning instructions and glove for handling.
