I use only the finest paint on my glass items and they do not get abrasions, scratches etc AS EASILY as some do because of the painting process I do. Metallic gold cannot be sealed with a clear coat due to it dulling the finish to an unattractive color. Also, I use an industrial strength epoxy to ensure a quality product that will not come apart. I had one to break on me and it did not break where it was epoxyied together.

I go above and beyond to ensure my glass products arrive to you in one beautiful piece.

Received a damaged package? Here's what to do.
1. Take a picture of the damaged box before opening. MESSAGE ME BEFORE OPENING.
2. Once opened take a picture before touching any inside contents.
3. After removing your receipt and top layer of packaging take another picture.
4.Remove all packing paper, foam, bubble wrap etc from around your item/items but not underneath the item/items and take another picture.
5. Take a picture of the broken item in its wrapping hot and after you unwrap it take detail pictures of the broken item and the broken off pieces.

IF THIS POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED CORRECTLY A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

If package/box arrived undamaged but item is broken take a picture of it with all the packaging inside the box. Also, take a picture of the box.
